Thomas Tilghman is the President and Program Director for Pivot Consulting and Solutions. He brings over 35 years of experience in the HVAC/R field as a Master Licensed Contractor and Instructor. In 2013, he was selected as one of the top 10 outstanding instructors for NCCER (National Center for Construction Education and Research). He’s received numerous awards from CASA DE Maryland. Thomas also serves as an educational consultant and advisor in the HVAC/R program at Prince George’s Community Center (PGCC), University of District of Columbia (UDC) and CASA DE Maryland. He also held the position as HVAC Instructor at the Florida Career College in Tampa, FL. Thomas has become a specialist in curriculum development for the trade.

She has over 30 years of experience in the Mechanical industry. She has managed a high volume of projects from initial start to completion. She also researches organizations and individuals to find new opportunities. She attends conferences, meetings, and industry events. Develops quotes and proposals for clients. Develops goals for business growth and ensures they are met. Trains support personnel and help team members develop their skills.
Vincent Hemphill
Administrative Coordinator
Vincent assists with introductions and advertising campaigns. He provides responses to prospects and prepares feedback reports from the campaigns. He schedules virtual appointments, assist with invoicing preparation and offer support tasks to ensure organizational sustainability.
