Meet The Instructor: Thomas Tilghman

Thomas Tilghman brings over 35 years of experience in the HVAC/R field as a Master Licensed Contractor and Instructor. In 2013, he was selected as one of the top 10 outstanding instructors for NCCER (National Center for Construction Education and Research). He’s received a number of awards from CASA DE Maryland. Thomas also serves as an educational consultant and advisor in the HVAC/R program at Prince George’s Community Center (PGCC), University of District of Columbia (UDC) and CASA DE Maryland. Thomas has become the specialist in curriculum development for the trade. He’s the President and Program Director for Pivot Consulting and Solutions.
